welcome to the land of the wolves, tahayven, to be exact. the wolves here are what we like to call elementals. they can bend water, take the shape of plants, fly, and even breath fire. the rules are a bit long, but please don't get too discourages. it's easy to catch on i promise. if you need any help or have a question ask a staff member or anyone who happens to be online and im sure they'll be able to get you the information you need. we've worked very hard on this site so please enjoy as much of it as you can. thanks, and have fun!

Current Phrophecy and Plot
"Fangs like daggers, pelts white like snow follow the clans where they go
with claws of steel shadows cover their hearts eager for their next meal they'll tear the forest apart
No markings are there except a face white and cold merciless red eyes they kill young cats and old."
Fern, Stone, Midnight, and Storm For moons now, heart-chilling howls echo through the clans striking fear deep in their hearts, death lingers in the air, and every day another cat dies. Kit's are rushed to the nursery, as the screeches of dying cats ring, slicing through the silence. Finally, at a Gathering, the cats are approached by a mysterious wolf, by the name of Dusk. He claims to be the leader of a large ferocious wolf pack, by the name of BloodPack. He wants the clan's territory. The cat's are given a reasonable time to leave their homes, or die.
Can the four clans put aside their differences to join together, and defeat BloodPack? Or will they simply watch as each clan is torn apart?

Dream Academy is a small school located in a peaceful little place off the shores of... mainland. Intelligent children and adults across the planet are sent here to become wonderful students and future... Welcome to our school.
This isn't a normal school, and this certainly isn't what you think it is.
Dream Academy is a school for the magically gifted. Located on a large island in the Bermuda Triangle, its far from any form of civilization.
The school itself is built on bloodied grounds, aching from years of endless wars on the soil. These grounds are called the Emerald Fields... a place where villages destroyed themselves and people bleed in plain sight. The old inhabitants were murderers, thirsting only for blood.
Long ago, this island was deserted, leaving absolutely nothing behind to call a home.
But this isn't where it all started.... No, this started far, far away... On a whole other planet.
A battle, one so violent that even children were in danger. Vampires and Werewolves attacked their enemies, and shape-shifters fooled the children into death. The war didn't end there... it's still continuing today.
Professor David Cookie was in charge of a scientific project when he discovered this other planet, which he kept to himself. In an attempt to save them, he moved both his daughter and his wife to the island in the Bermuda, building the Magica people a safe haven for existence. Many escaped to this isle, where they found a school waiting for their presence...
Dream Academy was created for those of Magica to teach, and learn the magic needed to survive life anywhere. But as Professor David soon found out, not only the people of Magica could have special abilites...
Humans from all over to world posses the ability to preform magic, but without constant practice, this is unable to be achieved. Professor David began his search for these humans, and sent letters out to those he found.

a long time ago a war raged on long and deadly. Many wolves died in the mist of battle, and even more were injured. eventually the war stopped and the wolves tried to set the land back to normal but it will never be the same.
Today you fight for food, for territory, for mates, and for survival. so do you dare step into the land of the wind runners?

Warriors in the Dark is a warriors role-playing website run by fantastic mods and admins. The creator and admin is Trin, who's uber awesome, and fair, but away as of now. The mods, Sandie, Kitsu, Flinteh, and pending; River of Ice, are very active and fair, like Trin. However, I think I'm the only active person who's not in a staff position or pending. The site needs more members! The plot: The Clans used to be all fine. There were no border skirmishes, and everything was peaceful. Every cat followed the warrior code. However, peace never lasts that long, does it?
It all started with Frostwing of ThunderClan, Briarclaw of RiverClan, Littlewind of WindClan, and Nightfoot of ShadowClan. The four cats got together. They wanted to take over the whole forest. They all had their own reasons, and they kept that to themselves.
All four Clans know that there is a traitor in their midst, but they don't know who. They refuse to tell at the Gatherings because they think that they would seem weak if they did that. Cats are getting uneasy in their own Clans; conversation is short, clipped, and secretive. At Gatherings, it almost feels like their isn't a truce anymore; every cat feels very vulnerable. Cats are constantly nervously scenting the air and during patrols every cat stays a respectful distance from all the other cats. Friendships are growing apart. The Clans are not feeling the happiness of spring.
What if the medicine cat poisons you?
What if you get killed by your own mentor during battle training?
What if you stand in the way of the traitors' plan?

WILL THE PEACE LAST FOREVER?
After the horrifying loss of their forest to the powerful vixen Kolette and her army of followers, three of the four clans fled to find a new home. BrookClan was left behind . At long last, RavineClan, CherryClan, and TealClan have settled into their new home, but they're not alone in this new territory. A loosely-bound tribe-like group of cats lived in the forest first and they're not exactly friendly. It is only because of their generosity that the clans found a home here.
But their peace can't last forever. A dark new power is rising in the forest and the clans will have to say hello to an old friend.

Welcome to K A R N O V A, a world where imagination runs free - literally!
When mankind was blessed with the magic of imagination, he was granted the ability to travel to places and discover creatures never before seen. With it came his greatest dreams and utmost horrors, his fantasies and his wishes. As adults, man realized there was a separation between dreams and realities. As teens and young adults, humans wished their imaginations could come to life, that their wonders would be real. And as children, they believed their imagination was a reality.
If only they had known how right they were! When the blessing of imagination was given, it was impossible to contain so much creativity within a single person's mind. An entirely new land was created, hidden within the shadows and crevices of reality. Children were able to find the gateways to this world because they hadn't yet learned of the responsibilities and hardships of life. Because their minds were free, they could still accept the absurdities of this hidden world. But as they all grew, they slowly forgot about this fantasy world that was so close yet so far.
In the beginnings of this world, there was no order, as one person's imagination is vastly different from another's. That was merely chaotic, however, and eventually the world began to settle into a rhythm. A permanent landscape formed so that the land was no longer shifting, and spirits were born to watch over the different terrains. Creatures from each mindset were collected and scattered across the world. The planet swelled to a massive size to accommodate the millions - no, trillions of beings that inhabited the land. And when the world had finally cooled from its transformation and had been populated by the imaginations of mankind, it was given a name: Karnova.

In a forest where two Clans fight for their home, death is common, battle is everyday, nothing is ever what it seems in
In a forest once marked by peace and prosperity, death and destruction have ridden in on the wings of a new Clan: DeathClan. SoulClan originally ruled the forest, guided by their good hearts, true instincts, and their faith in StarClan. But now the new threat has entered their home, and the cats must do whatever it takes to protect it. Loyal friends and steadfast warriors are members of this Clan.
But DeathClan has arrived, and they want the forest. They are a group of loners, former kittypets, and rogues who have banded together, giving up on the world and naming themselves after the one thing they think will always be okay. Their drive, their dream, their destiny, is to drive out SoulClan or kill them all. Fueled by anger, the need for power, and evil itself, DeathClan has proved themselves to be worse than BloodClan ever was, and their love of battle and murder is proven daily. Cats with a drive for power, love of bloodshed, or an evil soul join this Clan.
Loyalties will be questioned, friendships destroyed, and warriors lost. The time has come for true heroes to arise...are you strong enough?

Warrior Cats: FS A unique adventure in itself Join the Ranks
The Forest and the lake that once held the original clans of Thunder, River, Wind, and Shadow are but thoughts left to ruin. The surviving cats from the ancestor clans have moved on to prosper on new land, a new home. New clans have chosen to rise up and take they're place as clans of these new territories. The warrior code is still strong but a different sector of Star Clan has come to lend their aid, Holy Clan.
Lend your strength to the new clans and reap the benefits of a new age. Seek the wisdom of the older cats in your clan, for they may share the wisdom and stories of the original four clans.
Twolegs are making their presence known every summer and only a a few of the elder twolegs live around the borders of the new territories and so do there kittypets and a few rougeswho take refuge in an abandoned farmyard. Every cat will influence another life, whether in the arms of a twoleg, alone, or in the presence of Holy Clan.

The original Clans of Thunder, Wind, River, and Shadow were no match for what was coming next. A rain of fire, thunder exploding across the ground, then...silence.
So many years later, after the forest has recovered, the first strangely colored kit is born. And thus the story begins. But the Clans are running out of time... Will you be the one to tell the end?
[IN SHORT] Join as a cat in any color of the rainbow, and join in on an exciting, mysterious plot! Will the newly acquired powers go to the Clans' heads? Or is something much darker at work?

A crazy, random yet helpful admin, who will make you a graphic for your character or guide you through something if you're new to proboards/roleplaying. Paintbrushes! They are our currency, and you can trade them for prizes in the Art Shop! Unique-ness! Join as a cat of any color or pattern, any! Want your deputy to be lime green with purple hearts and a white nose? Go ahead! The possibilities are endless! Different, all new Clans, with a mysterious history surrounding their creation, and each Clan's cats have different attributes.
--MountainClan - the strong, traditional warriors, with regular coat colors and patterns. Not very agile, but extremely powerful with exceptional climbing abilities. Cool and balanced, though shrouded in rumors. MountainClanners, of course, call the rough mountains their home, and rough it out in hail or drought, snow or sun. Well-known for growing to immense sizes as well.
--TwilightClan - the mysterious and secretive. These cats have the 'cool' colors of the rainbow, ranging from black to lime green, mostly blues and purples. This Clan is well-known for its cats being able to turn invisible, and walk without a single sound. They slumber during the day and hunt at night.
--TornadoClan - the fast and fiery. These proud warriors are well-known for their extremely fast speed and agility, nearly impossible to catch or outrun. Of course, they need to be, living out on the open plains where the winds are alot more wild. TornadoClanners consist of any coats with more than four or five colors, and usually have wild patterns and crazy colors.
--SunsetClan - the brave and loyal, alot like ThunderClan. SunsetClanner coats consist of the 'warm' colors of the rainbow, ranging from the deepest reds and browns to the brightest yellows and even white. They are able to stand perfectly motionless and blend into any background with a strange sort of camoflauge. They are well known for being valiant and noble, as well as having good stamina and being able to swim very well.
There is a sign-up sheet to join in on the huge, mysterious plot, hurry and sign up your characters before all the spots are taken! We are very active, with members replying to both in-character and out-of-character threads every day! A new skin is up, and as the plot is played out, more skins will be created accordingly!
In times of trouble, alliegences can be made, but they are as easily broken as they are created, and one betrayed trust can lead to panic and chaos... and ruins of Clans. Forbidden relationships send sparks flying as friendships are made and broken, and jealousy and friendships begin to take first priority over loyalty to their own Clans. Leaders, medicine cats, warriors, and even the smallest kits become crazy, sent into self-denial by StarClan's prophecy's and the Twoleg's advance of science, even against the protests of animal rights activists. It's the feeling of being paranoid and the trying times they're in that connect the four Clans to an extent that even they can't imagine... a poison that wraps around them and blinds them from what's actually true... and a fog that blurs the true emotions of life, love, and peace within the Clans.
StarClan tells the story. The cats live it.
Short description: During the year and a half it has been around, WFRP has gone through many updates and will have another one soon, though it is probably the largest yet. We will go from beginner to semi-literate and change the entire layout of the site. WFRP has over 30,000 posts and allows members to create characters in NightClan, ForestClan, SmokeClan, CliffClan, a Tribe, or become a loner or kittypet.

Formerly `Distance Becomes Infinite, we have now revamped under a new name - `Surrounded By Your Halo, or `H A L O - but are still very much the same:
Once again, the human race has done itself in, leaving the world to the animals. But there are three reigning species, the ones that rise above the rest. Wolves, hybrids, and feral dogs. They all hold memories of the two-legged, but slowly those memories are sliding away, causing the canines to get wilder and less-domestic everyday. Some have joined forces and have formed packs, to create order in the now chaotic world, while others would rather stay on their own. But in this world, it doesn't work that way. In order to live, you can't fend for yourself. You need to depend on others and work together, toward a common goal.
And that goal, would be survival.
So will you join a pack and work together to live? Or will you try and fend on your own. The choice is yours...

"This is the chilling prophecy that five medicine cats receive on an oddly cold night in New-leaf when five cats give birth to new litters. Along with these words comes an image: Five shadowy figures standing on a hill in the pelting rain with several cats below them. Eventually, the words are put out of mind.
Now zoom forward a few moons. It's the middle of new-leaf, and several kits have been Apprenticed. Rainpaw of TreeClan, Streampaw of DesertClan, Riverpaw of RapidClan, Ripplepaw of SwampClan, and Wetpaw of SparkClan. These apprentices do not know each other, and carry separate personalities. Strangely, they have one thing in common. They keep seeing these images in dreams. Their territories under water, cats running from a large wave of water, etc. They tell no one, but they also keep hearing the words of the long-forgotten prophecy when they least expect it.
Another image that comes to mind is a large lake that only a few recognize. Then comes the unending rain. Will the apprentices realize their destiny? Will they come together, despite Clan boundaries, to save the Clans'? Only time will tell."
